Thai Lemon Ginger
The Thailands theroy of finding balance in life is what influenced this tea. Creating a tea that is perfectly blend and presents a bold flavor. The blend starts with Rooibos, while not in itself salty, does possess a mellow herbal quality that like salt. Next, ginger adds the spicy hot component, followed by tart lemongrass for the sour component and dried pineapple for the sweet.
Cup Characteristics: Tart natural lemon smoothes bakey rooibos notes with a tongue tickling ginger finish – a superb combination.

Luxury Ingredients: Rooibos, ginger, pineapple, lime pieces, lime, lemongrass leaves, and calendula petals.
Infusion: Reddish orange to full color.

Hot Tea: Bring water to a boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste.
Ice Tea: Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea into a teapot for each serving required. Using freshly drawn cold water, boil and pour over the tea. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Add hot tea to a glass filled with ice.
Shelf Life: 10 years unopened. 2 years after being opened.
